Own the data driven product marketing for a K-12 portfolio and drive cross functional launches with measurable ROI.

  • Analytics & Talent: Track KPIs, optimize ROI, and build a high performing PMM team with clear coaching and development.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven go-to-market strategies across K-12 portfolio to drive awareness, adoption, and growth
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and partner with marketing, sales, editorial, and technology teams to align priorities, launches, and resources
  • Track KPIs, measure ROI, and use analytics to optimize strategy and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing product marketing team through clear goal setting, regular coaching, and ongoing feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in K12 education market space
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team
  • Strong communication, influence, presentation and cross-functional leadership skills with experience managing stakeholders, agencies and vendors
  • Strong understanding of the K–12 industry/market, experience with education-focused platforms to support engagement and campaign performance
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and campaign or project management tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, or similar platforms
