Job Summary

Own the pitch and sales‑enablement engine for media strategy, turning briefs into compelling proposals, learning agendas, and sales collateral that close deals and position Kargo as a thought partner.

  • Pitch and Learning: Build RFP responses and learning agendas that reflect advertiser objectives and win rate impact.
  • Collateral Engine: Create and keep pitch decks, one‑pagers, and product narratives current and easy to use by front‑line sales.
  • Proactive Enablement: Deliver outbound-ready trend reports, category insights, and creative hooks to spark new conversations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Turn advertiser briefs and RFPs into compelling, insight‑driven proposals and learning agendas for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain on‑brand pitch decks, one‑pagers, and product materials used by front‑line sellers.
  • Translate Kargo product knowledge into clear sales narratives that advertisers understand and want to buy.
  • Produce proactive lead generation collateral on a defined cadence (trend reports, category insights, creative hooks) for sales outreach.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or a related field — including internship experience
  • Manage and support Associate Media Strategists
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Google Slides skills, with the ability to build polished, strategic, visually compelling presentations independently
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, revenue reporting, and performance tracking
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to craft narratives that connect data to advertiser objectives
  • Working knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including online advertising fundamentals and emerging media trends

Preferred

  • Familiarity with third-party research vendors and how to incorporate data into strategic storytelling
  • Experience supporting a sales or client-facing team in a fast-paced media or ad tech environment
