Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support Associate Media Strategists, raising the bar on the team's output and development
  • Keep the sales collateral library current and actively used, ensuring pitch decks, one-pagers, and product materials reflect Kargo's latest offerings
  • Design research-backed learning agendas—measurement and testing plans—for top-tier clients, positioning Kargo as a thought partner rather than a vendor
  • Translate product knowledge into clear, accurate, and compelling sales narratives that front-line teams can use confidently with advertisers
  • Proactively develop outbound-ready materials—trend reports, category insights, creative hooks—that give sales new conversation starters without being asked
  • Approach each brief with original ideas that connect advertiser goals to Kargo's capabilities in unexpected and compelling ways, producing polished, accurate work across multiple projects with tight deadlines

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Google Slides skills, with the ability to independently build polished, strategic, visually compelling presentations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, revenue reporting, and performance tracking
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to craft narratives that connect data to advertiser objectives and translate complex product functionality into language that's simple, credible, and easy to act on
