Job Description

Responsibilities

  • 360° Campaign Execution & Launch Excellence: Lead and own end-to-end product launches and brand initiatives. Author and implement integrated 360° go-to-market plans across key touchpoints, partnering with cross-functional experts in Media, Digital, PR, Influencer, Medical Relations, E-commerce, and Trade Marketing.
  • Omnichannel Advocacy & Retail Strategy: Collaborate closely with Sales teams to build robust sell-in decks and commercial strategies for mass, drug, food, and e-retail channels (including Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, and Amazon). Track doors, distribution targets, and promotional plans to meet or exceed forecast projections.

  • Data, Insights & Market Intelligence: Act as the strategic lead for haircare data and analytics. Leverage syndicated databases (Nielsen, IQVIA, internal sales portals) to pull, synthesize, and transform retail scan data into actionable insights regarding competitors, consumer behavior, and retailer dynamics.
  • Financial & Operational Management: Oversee and manage the haircare brand P&L with strict accountability for the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget. Work closely with Demand Planning to align on sell-out forecasts and supply chain needs, proactively monitoring production schedules and inventory risks.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of progressive brand, product, or trade marketing experience within CPG, Beauty, or OTC Pharmaceuticals.
  • Channel Expertise: Proven track record working with major US mass-market retailers (CVS, Walgreens, Target, Walmart) and a strong command of the Amazon ecosystem (retail media, search optimization, inventory management).
  • Analytical Rigor: Highly proficient in pulling and interpreting retail scan data (Nielsen/IRI) and translating complex datasets into clear, executive-ready commercial narratives.
  • Presentation Mastery: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with an exceptional ability to construct visually compelling stories for both internal leadership and external retail partners.
