Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Franchise Management & Campaign Execution
  • Franchise Strategy & Core Launches: Drive day-to-day marketing strategy and 360° campaign execution for the World of Polo franchise and core Baseline Catalog, leading new product launches to capture market share and attract new consumers.
  • Hallmarks & Gift Sets: Lead end-to-end planning, product curation, and campaign execution for Hallmarks & Gift Sets to maximize volume and brand exposure during peak seasonal windows.
  • Cultural & Seasonal Activations: Co-pilot high-impact national activations and content production (including key seasonal campaigns like Father's Day and Holiday animations) to drive brand relevance among diverse consumer audiences.
  • Retailer Partnerships: Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and retail design teams to implement best-in-class animations across key retail environments (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, Macy's, Amazon).
  • Business Operations & Brand Tracking
  • Budget Management: Manage day-to-day tracking and accuracy of allocated A&P budget lines to ensure strong ROI and project deliver.
  • Operational Coordination: Direct operational workflows, coordinating with global development and demand planning teams on launch timelines, item codes, and inventory needs.
  • Market & Competitor Insights: Monitor US prestige fragrance trends, competitor launches, and social media innovations monthly, translating observations into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4–6 years of progressive marketing experience. Experience in prestige beauty or the fragrance category is strongly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Retail & Consumer Fluency: Strong familiarity with the US prestige beauty retailer landscape and modern omnichannel shopping behaviors.
  • Cultural Competency: Strong understanding of digital trends, social platforms, and creator culture.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to solve problems, track promotional budgets, and analyze campaign results.
  • Collaboration & Communication: A proactive, solution-oriented teammate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates clearly across cross-functional teams.
