Job Description

Responsibilities

  • New Product Launches: Ownership and responsibility for supervising entire go to market process and timelines across multiple launches partnering with cross functional teams (shopper, social, media, education, etc.)
  • Generate long term strategic development
  • Collaborate with Creative to create launch materials including merchandising and sampling
  • Participate in sell-in of projects to retailers, management, and internal sales teams
  • Partner with Revenue Growth Management, Finance, and Sales on new product pricing strategy
  • Strategy & Planning
  • Drive the research, analysis, category trends and insights to develop long term strategy
  • Oversee and guide plans development and create vision for businesses
  • Contribute to total eye category strategy / plans
  • Responsible for owning strategy for Sales and Trade planning

Requirements

  • BA degree required.
  • 4-6 years of Industry related marketing work experience (consumer package goods or beauty)
  • Demonstrated L’Oréal Competencies: Leadership, Entrepreneurial Management, Achiever, and Innovator
  • Brand Administration: create project plan according to panier portfolio gaps; in-depth knowledge of brand equity and management
  • Market Research: ability to read and interpret research data
  • Must be professional and energetic with a positive attitude

Preferred

  • Prior experience in Operational Marketing
  • Experience successfully launching and managing a new product or renovation through its entire life cycle
  • Experience working collaboratively with R&D and product development teams on new products or renovations
  • Strong Project Management Skills and attention to detail
  • Rigorous quantitative data analysis skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills (written and oral)
  • PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
  • Information & Data management
  • Leadership: Demonstration of leadership with team; support departments and customers
