Job Description

Responsibilities - Ownership and oversight for an assigned roster of artists including managing album and song releases, maintenance of campaign timelines and an always on partner to the artist - Initiate well-thought-out marketing plans with a focus on innovative and disruptive ideas and campaigns - Participate in creative planning to create big marketing ideas and ensure a continuous flow of content surrounding each artist - Responsibility to set up and maintain project timelines including key dates/deadlines and work across all company departments to keep delivery on track - Work closely with Digital team for direct involvement in Digital strategy & execution across viral & fan engagement tactics - Participate in creation of social and content-based story telling assets - Collaborate closely with Commerce team to formulate and implement strategies that drive consumption with a focus on lean forward activity and direct-to-consumer sales - Create weekly marketing reports and communicate updates to brief teams on all release information and ensure results are communicated efficiently - Work closely with artists and management, in partnership with Epic Records Marketing leadership, for campaign updates and communicate goals and plans for each release. - Partner with artists, managers, and all departments to create, maintain, and evolve artist brands. - Manage the creation and distribution of marketing tools.
