Job Summary

Own multi-channel growth marketing for Growth and Tier 3 client segments, turning client goals into integrated campaigns across digital, events, and location-based activations with data-driven storytelling for internal and client stakeholders.

  • Translate campaign and account data into actionable recommendations that drive strategy, optimization opportunities, and growth planning.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned Growth and Tier 3 client segments, aligning client goals with Manheim's auction capabilities and services.
  • Build understanding of client business models, remarketing objectives, and market challenges within the Growth and Tier 3 segments.
  • Create account-specific marketing plans and serve as a primary marketing contact for assigned accounts.
  • Serve as primary marketing liaison for assigned commercial accounts, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns supporting client remarketing goals across Manheim's auction network.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of client initiatives.
  • Coordinate multi-channel marketing approaches, including digital, events, and location-based activations.
  • Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and AI-enabled tools to synthesize large data sets into clear insights, summaries, and performance narratives for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Translate campaign, buyer, and account-level data into actionable recommendations that inform account strategy, optimization opportunities, and growth planning.
  • Develop concise, insight-driven recaps and summaries that clearly communicate performance, trends, and next steps across Sales, Field Marketing, and Key Account Marketing partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 6 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with focus on account management and campaign execution. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating campaign ROI.
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise insights for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to prioritize work and demonstrate agility among competing priorities.
  • Great attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience using AI-powered tools or advanced analytics to summarize data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to work on CST or EST schedules to accommodate internal and external customers

Preferred

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • Automotive, auction, fleet, rental, or remarketing industry experience.
  • Experience with growth-stage accounts or emerging client segments.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data visualization platforms.
