Job Summary

Own the end-to-end partner marketing lifecycle, from strategic brief development and message prioritization to campaign execution and ongoing performance optimization, coordinating across PR, performance marketing, creative, paid media, social, base marketing, and ecommerce.

  • Own campaign lifecycle from concept to performance management and optimization.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment to deliver a unified GTM plan.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Brief Development: Author high-level marketing briefs that serve as the north star for partner marketing teams.
  • Prioritize With Purpose: Under direction, recommend message prioritization, audience strategy, and resource allocation, and ensure campaigns align with key leadership expectations.
  • Oversee Campaigns Start to Finish: Assist with and manage the entire lifecycle of a campaign - transitioning from product concepts into concrete tactical plans, through to performance management.
  • Coordinate Cross Functionally: Act as a central hub coordinating efforts across Public Relations, Performance Marketing, Creative, Paid Media, Social, Base Marketing, and Ecommerce teams to ensure a seamless launch.
  • Manage Intake and Project Updates: Prioritize work that comes through to the marketing team and provide updates back cross-functionally as needed
  • Analysis & Optimization: Review launch marketing results and ongoing performance across all sales channels to lead optimizations with respective teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple high-visibility projects at any given time
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct oversight
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot strategies based on shifting market conditions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to ground marketing work within specific business needs and pressures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional marketing teams and align diverse stakeholders towards a unified GTM plan

Preferred

  • Master’s degree – better if you have an MBA
  • A deep technical understanding of the marketing tools, technologies, and practices needed to shape the marketing landscape
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting
  • Experience with performance marketing, paid media, or any marketing channel activation
  • Passion for digital marketing, new technologies and constantly evolving our approach to marketing
  • Telecommunications experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English)
