Job Description

Own the end-to-end GM multi-channel programs and lead a PM team to translate business needs into actionable campaigns with cross-functional coordination.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-channel marketing programs across GM initiatives
Act as the primary liaison between GM clients, internal stakeholders, vendor partners, and data engineering teams
Translate business needs into detailed business requirements, including data inputs, outputs, logic, and personalization rules
Oversee campaign execution lifecycle, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness at every stage
Manage program priorities, timelines, risks, and escalations across multiple concurrent initiatives
Lead troubleshooting efforts and drive resolution of complex data or process issues
Manage, mentor, and coach a team of up to 6 Project Managers, driving accountability, growth, and performance
Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and workload distribution across the team
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development support
Standardize best practices, tools, and delivery methodologies across the PM team
