Job Summary

Own end-to-end creator led marketing programs for Paramount's films, from scouting opportunities and partnerships to producing social videos, events, and data driven campaigns that engage Gen Z and other emerging audiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new creator-led marketing opportunities, platforms, technologies, and formats (e.g., social-native storytelling, experiential activations, etc.)
  • Partner with creators, both through agencies and in direct outreach, to build relationships with the studio — including negotiating scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Lead the creation and delivery of compelling, social-native videos that build fandom for our films
  • Identify and implement tools to measure and pair the studio's data with creator audiences
  • Design and produce in-person screenings, events, and experiential activations that generate brand allegiance and great user-generated content
  • Lead initiatives targeting Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and other emerging consumer audience segments, ensuring campaigns are relevant, authentic, and culturally fluent
  • Partner with research, insights, and analytics teams to translate cultural, behavioral, and technological trends into actionable marketing strategies that grow audience reach and engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, publicity, creative advertising, media, distribution, consumer products, partnerships, and corporate innovation teams to integrate innovative ideas into broader theatrical campaigns
  • Document and analyze performance data for campaigns and use results to evaluate performance against objectives and establish benchmarks
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-departmental stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, innovation, digital strategy, or brand partnerships — preferably within entertainment, media, technology, or youth-focused brands
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with creators or talent, whether through agencies or direct outreach
  • Demonstrated experience launching or managing innovative, non-traditional marketing initiatives
  • Solid understanding of theatrical film marketing and the evolving entertainment landscape
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience working with creators or experiential marketing formats
  • Studio or talent agency background preferred
  • Familiarity with audience research, social analytics, and performance measurement tools
  • Passion for film, storytelling, and the future of theatrical exhibition
