Own creative asset workflow for digital media campaigns with emphasis on video program management, asset QA, and client-ready decks.

  • Manage production timelines, specs, and routing of video, display, and other assets between client, internal teams, agencies, and media partners.
  • Lead creative kick-offs, build spec sheets, and provide daily status updates plus at-risk indicators.
  • QA delivered assets to meet specs and help the media team assemble decks for client plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • sAs a Digital (Creative) Asset Manager, you will play a key role in working with internal media activation and operations teams and external stakeholders to manage the creative asset workflow associated with digital media campaigns
  • This role’s primary focus and responsibility is the management of video/custom program development, including production timelines and technical specifications, and routing of digital display, video, and other creative assets between the client, internal teams, creative agencies, and media partners
  • The Creative Asset Manager also plays a vital role in helping the media team build creative decks to illustrate the media plan and assists in presenting plans to the client

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working at a creative or digital media agenc
  • yExperience supporting clients in the entertainment industry preferre
  • dFoundational knowledge of digital media creative specs, IAB standards, and related concept
  • sAbility to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously—strong project management (time management, organization, and prioritization) skills are a mus
  • tHigh degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office application
  • sExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively and efficiently across disciplines with colleagues, clients, and partners at all level
  • sBasic knowledge of Google Campaign Manager or Studio is a plu
  • sKnowledge and skills typically acquired through the completion of undergraduate studies in advertising, marketing, or a related fiel
