Job Summary

Own cross-functional project leadership for luxury-brand initiatives by turning strategic briefs into scoped plans, guiding execution, and delivering stakeholder-aligned updates with rigorous post-project analysis.

  • Project Briefing & Scope: Define objectives, deliverables, timelines, roles, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Execution & Governance: Lead delivery, monitor risk, and implement contingency plans to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Communication & Alignment: Create clear channels and regular updates for executives and taskforces to drive collaboration and informed decision-making.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate project briefs aligned with the strategic ambitions and goals of the Maison.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, roles & responsibilities and success criteria, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Lead and oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to objectives and deadlines.
  • Proactively monitor project progress, identify any risks of derailment, and develop contingency plans.
  • Create effective communication channels between all project stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates tailored to the audience (project taskforce, North America Executives, and International Executives, etc.)
  • Foster a collaborative environment, motivating and guiding project teams to achieve objectives and to think creatively.
  • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and ability to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Lead the post-event reporting process, conducting thorough analyses of project outcomes.
  • Highlight key performance indicators (KPIs), measuring project success against defined objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management preferred, with a focus on brand strategy, marketing, or brand development, preferably within the luxury goods sector or a similar industry with experience in successfully delivering projects at all phases.
  • Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly collaborative team player with experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and flexibly adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Expertise in presentation design [VR1.1]and data visualization.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.) is required.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) is an added bonus.

  • Experience delivering projects at all phases in a luxury goods context.
