Job Description

Responsibilities

Participate in a structured management training program covering client acquisition, event planning, fundraising strategies, and team leadership.
Assist in coordinating and executing events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
Support client communications and ensure a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
Track and analyze event and campaign performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
Collaborate with managers across departments to learn operational workflows and leadership responsibilities.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team projects.
Develop skills in leadership, project management, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in professional settings.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, extracurricular activities, or internships.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow into management roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or event management tools is a plus.
