About Our Team We are a performance-led social commerce team at Go Fish Digital managing TikTok Live streams for fast-growing consumer brands across fashion, wellness, fitness, and food/beverage. We are immediately hiring for a fashion brand, with additional verticals launching soon. Moderators are the engine behind high-performing live shopping streams. About The Role As a Live Shopping Moderator, you operate behind the scenes in real time while the host is live. You Are Responsible For Managing product pins Answering viewer questions rapidly Driving urgency in comments Deploying promotions Monitoring performance metrics Supporting the host in maximizing conversions You must be fast, sales-minded, and highly detail-oriented. Key Responsibilities Pre-Live Review weekly Run of Show (ROS) strategy Log into platform resources 1 hour prior: Desktop streamer app & live dashboard Seller Center Moderator handle Load product set Pre-set eligible promotions (coupons, flash sales, GWP) During Live Pin and rotate products strategically Respond to comments in real time Deploy flash sales, giveaways, engagement tactics Support host with sizing, feature, and FAQ answers Monitor engagement + purchasing trends Push one planned CRM message if available Post-Live Record KPIs within 30 minutes into master tracking doc Screenshot dashboard + send to Slack Upload 1–3 minute screen recording recap Participate in optimization discussions Immediate Vertical: Women’s Fashion You Should Be Comfortable Advising on sizing and fit Speaking confidently about fabrics, styles, and comfort Helping viewers purchase confidently Future Verticals We Will Also Be Moderating Wellness & supplements Fitness products Food & beverage Product knowledge in these categories is a plus.
