Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging (IAM) channels in Braze
  • Assist in the execution of Canvas flows for key fan moments, including onboarding, ticket purchase confirmations, re-engagement, and event promotion
  • Set up audience segments using custom attributes, events, and behavioral data
  • Create personalized messaging templates using Liquid Code and HTML
  • Monitor campaign performance and pull reporting on open rates, click rates, conversion, and revenue attribution
  • Support A/B test setup and help analyze results to surface actionable insights
  • Support the development and delivery of live game-day messaging
  • You'll draft and send emails, push notifications, and SMS messages to support campaigns across all PLL business units (ticketing, merchandise, app, and youth events) and bring fans closer to the game.

Requirements

  • The candidate must be willing to work 4-5 days a week and must be available during weekends.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Braze, Klaviyo, or any email/CRM platform is a plus
  • Experience creating marketing assets, designing graphics, or copywriting is a plus
