Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Student Engagement & Communication
  • Manage the Communication’s Office Student Employee team, coordinating social media, design, and marketing projects focused on promoting student services and other library resources.
  • Develop social media strategies and plans, creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across channels and integrating social media strategies into larger communications campaigns.
  • Ensure social media plans include appropriate content for all library audiences and advance the library’s strategic goals.
  • Produce written, visual and multimedia content for various communications channels, including print collateral, outreach materials, social media and web content, and digital and in-person signage.
  • Marketing, Promotion, & Event-related Communication
  • Partner with library staff to promote library services and elevate their professional expertise and activities.
  • Provide communications support to promote and execute library events, workshops, and other campus outreach and to engage event attendees.
  • Execute regular marketing campaigns promoting library services, events, and special initiatives, and support the distribution of promotional materials.
  • Support and Coordination of Strategic Communications
