Job Summary
Own the measurement and optimization of leasing performance across the portfolio by driving data-driven campaigns, reporting, and channel analysis.
- Lead-source analytics across Zillow, Apartment.com, and ILS platforms
- Collaborate with on-site managers to close gaps in follow-ups and reduce lost reasons

Responsibilities
- Tracking guest cards, tours, applications, and leases by source
- Building weekly conversion reports the leasing team actually uses
- Spotting underperforming channels and vacancies that are sitting too long
- Helping tweak campaigns, refresh listing photos, and fine-tune geo-fencing based on what the data's telling us
- Working with on-site leasing managers to track lost reasons and follow-ups
Requirements
- Have experience in multifamily marketing, leasing, or property management analytics
- Are comfortable living in lead-source data (Zillow, Apartment.com, ILS platforms)
- Know your way around Excel (CRM/PMS experience is a nice bonus)
- Like working independently — this is part-time with flexible hours
