Job Summary

Own the end-to-end video media engine across Linear TV, OTT, digital video, and audio, coordinating with Growth, Brand, Creative, and Analytics to drive short-term impact and long-term brand value.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Align media mix, attribution, and reporting with agency partners to enable data-driven optimization.
  • Agency Management: Direct the media partner relationship, ensure seamless execution, and push for performance improvements through clear feedback.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Build and apply attribution models, run A/B tests, and tie spend to ROI and incremental impact.

Job Description

Own the full video media engine across Linear TV, OTT, digital video and audio, tying audience, creative, and measurement to growth and ROI.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build and optimize media mix, attribution, and reporting with agency partners.
  • Campaign Execution & Collaboration: Direct the media agency, align with Growth, Brand, Creative and Analytics teams.
  • Test & Learn: Lead A/B and multivariate testing on creative, targeting, and placements to lift reach and conversions.
  • Responsible for planning, negotiation, and execution of media buys across Linear TV, OTT, digital video and audio to maximize reach and frequency.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, including audience targeting and placement strategies.
  • Develop measurement frameworks focusing on attribution and ROI, and work with analytics to model media mix.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of reach, frequency, conversions, and CAC, and connect spend to short-term results and long-term brand impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine assets and ensure alignment with performance objectives.
  • Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Manage day-to-day media spend and hold agencies accountable to forecasts and KPIs.
  • Lead competitive analysis and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Foster experimentation and testing of new concepts or formats in video/audio.
  • Oversee relationships with media buying agencies to ensure seamless execution.
