Job Summary

Own the customer connection and conversion for a landscape business by blending consultative needs discovery with in-person and phone outreach to hit regular sales targets.

  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Convey offerings in-person or by phone and drive toward weekly/monthly sales goals.
  • Needs Discovery & Consultation: Understand clients' needs to tailor recommendations.
  • Brand & Compliance: Act as brand ambassador and uphold customer-satisfaction standards.
