Own the end-to-end lead generation and outreach workflow to build a steady pipeline of qualified prospects and booked consultations.

  • Research and identify potential business leads and initiate multi-channel outreach to engage them.

  • Support client communications and campaigns to raise brand awareness and nurture opportunities.

  • Reach out to businesses via phone, email, and social media
  • Schedule consultations and follow-up calls
  • Maintain organized lead tracking systems
  • Assist with client communication and outreach campaigns
  • Help increase brand awareness and generate new clientele
  • Represent MTA Designs Studio professionally and positively
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, sales outreach, customer service, or virtual assistance(preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and meet goals
  • Experience with social media and basic marketing is preferred
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic required
