Job Summary

Own social content execution and coordination for hospitality brands, turning daily posts, shoots, and influencer collaborations into timely, on-brand engagement across platforms.

  • Manage multiple social channels, draft captions, and schedule posts to maintain content calendars.
  • Coordinate shoots, assets, and creator partnerships with internal teams and clients.
  • Monitor trends, track analytics, and compile monthly performance insights to guide decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Draft captions, schedule posts, and help maintain content calendars
  • Support community management by monitoring comments, DMs, and engagement opportunities
  • Track trends, memes, sounds, and hospitality/social media moments relevant to client brands
  • Pull analytics and help prepare monthly performance reports
  • Capture iPhone content at restaurants, events, tastings, hotel properties, and client activations
  • Assist in planning and executing content shoots
  • Organize photo/video assets and maintain content libraries
  • Help coordinate with photographers, creators, influencers, and client teams
  • Join occasional client meetings and take detailed notes/action items

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of social media, marketing, hospitality, PR, or related internship experience (recent grads encouraged to apply)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital trends
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable capturing/editing iPhone content optimized for social media (Reels, Stories, TikToks, short-form video)
  • Familiarity with Canva, Later, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, or Adobe Express is a plus
  • Passion for Austin hospitality, restaurants, events, lifestyle, and culture
  • Must be comfortable working some evenings/weekends for events, openings, or shoots

Preferred

  • Love food, restaurants, hotels, and hospitality culture
  • Have experience creating content for personal or brand accounts
  • Are plugged into Austin trends, creators, and local happenings
  • Have basic photography/video editing skills
