Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for marketing campaigns, initiatives, and projects across multiple channels
  • Draft, edit, and proofread professional communications, including emails, client-facing materials, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate communications with high-profile clients, ensuring professionalism, responsiveness, and accuracy at all times
  • Assist in the development, preparation, and distribution of marketing collateral, digital content, and promotional materials
  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities, customer interactions, and campaign performance metrics
  • Support the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of marketing deliverables and project timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging, branding, and campaign execution
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights as required

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related support role.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience with marketing platforms, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools is considered an asset.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
