Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of content strategies that align with business goals and social best practices.
  • Monitor and identify emerging trends, viral moments, and storytelling opportunities across social platforms.
  • Research and evaluate content creators and emerging talent across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) basedon audience alignment and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in developing creator campaigns briefsand track creator partnerships from outreach through performance analysis.
  • Support the creationand optimization of organic socialcontent including short-form video, carousels, reels, and more.
  • Help develop monthlyand quarterly content calendars and track social performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with strategists, creatives, designers, and copywriters to execute social-first campaigns.
  • Learn FTC disclosure guidelines, compliance requirements, and brand safety best practices.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to team meetings and brainstorms with a focus on creator culture and platform trends.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to inform future strategy.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, content strategy,or digital marketing (or equivalent demonstrated knowledge).
  • Genuine enthusiasm for social media platforms, creator culture,and emerging trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement metrics and campaign performance data.
  • Familiarity with contentc reator platforms and tools (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, CapCut, Sprout, etc.).
  • A creative instinctfor what resonates on social media and understanding of platform-specific best practices.
  • Basic understanding of paid social and how it complements organic content.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn; you stay currenton industry trends and platform updates.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for digital culture and the creator economy.
