Job Summary

Own the operations spine of marketing and creative output by coordinating briefs, assets, and timelines, while keeping brand consistency and cross- functional execution on track.

  • Asset & Brief Management: collect, organize, and house project briefs and creative assets for easy access and reuse.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: keep timelines tight across teams and vendors to hit deadlines and maintain visibility.
  • Event & Merch Logistics: support trade shows, conferences, and swag workflows with vendor comms and on-site prep.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day execution of marketing and creative initiatives across the organization
  • Receive, organize, and manage incoming creative requests from internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and tra­c between teams and vendors
  • Assist the Creative Director in managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
  • Maintain visibility on project status, deliverables, and approvals
  • Brief & Asset Management
  • Help collect and organize project briefs, requirements, and supporting materials
  • Serve as a go-to contact for marketing and design asset requests
  • Maintain organized libraries of creative assets, logos, presentations, templates, photography, and branded materials
  • Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related eld preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, creative operations, or related role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O­ffice and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or project management platforms (SharePoint) is a plus
  • Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn
