Job Description

Responsibilities

  • CULTURAL INSIGHT & INNOVATION
  • Research emerging cultural trends, grassroots movements, and community touchpoints relevant to entry-point consumers (Gen Z, new-to-brand audiences, and culturally curious communities).
  • Contribute ideas for innovative event formats, content capture opportunities, and interactive experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen brand relevance through authentic partnerships and creative storytelling.
  • Support pilot concepts that experiment with new formats, tech integrations, or community-first activations
  • STRATEGY & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
  • Assist in developing presentations and creative decks for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, field teams, and agency partners to ensure regional activations align with national brand priorities.
  • Help evaluate event performance and consumer engagement metrics to inform future strategy.
  • EVENT OPERATIONS & SUSTAINABILITY TRACKING
  • Support the planning and on-the-ground execution of regional cultural events
  • Assist with vendor coordination, production logistics, run-of-show development, and post-event recaps.
  • Help manage event-day operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track timelines and update internal communication.
