Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning process by assisting with training documents, trackers, and internal resources
  • Assist in gathering input from stakeholders to create development plans and campaign execution
  • Support internal team by helping prepare meeting agendas and decks, along with providing notes and follow-up
  • Conduct market, trend, and competitive research to support program strategy
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to improve program initiatives, organization, and overall planning process
  • Support other marketing operations initiatives

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or are a recent graduate in a Business-related field, preferably Marketing or Communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and support project coordination efforts in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.
  • Self‑motivated with strong follow‑through and time‑management abilities.
  • Creative thinker with an interest in marketing trends.
