Position Overview Hooks Industries Inc. is seeking a motivated *Intern Social Media Manager* to support the growth, visibility, and online presence of Hooks Industries and its affiliate companies. This role is built for someone who understands social media, enjoys content creation, and wants real business experience—not just coffee runs and busy work. The intern will assist with content planning, posting, engagement, brand messaging, basic analytics, and campaign support across multiple business brands. This is a strong opportunity for a student, new marketer, creator, or early-career professional who wants hands-on experience inside a growing corporate structure with multiple affiliates. Brands Supported The intern may assist with social media and content for: * Hooks Industries Inc. * REVAMP Business Services / Consulting * All Points Clean Out * BightTime Foods * Additional affiliate brands under Hooks Industries Key Responsibilities * Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts. * Help manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other assigned platforms. * Create captions, graphics, short-form content ideas, and campaign drafts. * Monitor comments, messages, and engagement activity. * Track basic social media analytics and report weekly performance. * Support brand awareness campaigns and promotional posts. * Help organize content calendars for Hooks Industries and affiliates. * Repurpose existing business content into social media posts. * Research trends, competitors, and content ideas relevant to each brand. * Maintain consistent branding, tone, and professionalism across platforms. * Assist with lead-generation content and service promotion. * Coordinate with leadership on approved announcements, campaigns, and updates. Ideal Candidate The right person is: * Creative, organized, and dependable. * Comfortable writing captions and basic marketing copy. * Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Canva. * Interested in business, branding, marketing, or entrepreneurship. * Able to follow direction without needing constant hand-holding. * Professional enough to represent multiple brands. * Willing to learn and take feedback. * Consistent with deadlines and communication. Required Skills * Strong written communication. * Basic social media knowledge. * Basic Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design/editing skills. * Ability to organize tasks and follow a content calendar. * Good judgment with public-facing communication. * Willingness to learn brand voice and business strategy. Preferred Skills * Experience creating short-form videos or reels. * Basic graphic design experience. * Familiarity with Meta Business Suite. * Familiarity with LinkedIn content. * Interest in business consulting, operations, food, publishing, merchandising, or service-based businesses. * Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or simple analytics reporting. Weekly Duties * Submit weekly content ideas. * Prepare scheduled posts for approval. * Review platform engagement. * Track post performance. * Attend check-in meetings as needed. * Support active marketing campaigns. * Maintain organized content folders and drafts.
