Job Summary

Own automation of core product marketing workflows through AI agents in Copilot Studio to cut manual steps and raise accuracy.

  • AI-Driven Ops: Automate quarterly competitive benchmarking, market share reporting, and data consolidation across hardware and software products.
  • Spec & Config Automation: Extract specifications from files into structured inputs for spec sheets, product configurators, and CPQ, enabling faster quoting.
  • Quality & Adoption: Help test, refine, and document AI agent workflows to ensure business impact and user usability.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help build AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate Product Marketing workflows and improve efficiency across processes.
  • Automate quarterly competitive benchmarking process for hardware and software products by improving how data is gathered, organized, and shared.
  • Automate extraction of information from product specification files and convert it into structured inputs for spec sheets, product configurators, and CPQ.
  • Automate quarterly market share reporting process, including data collection, consolidation, and report generation.
  • Contribute to testing, refining, and documenting AI agent workflows to ensure quality, usability, and business impact.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college-level program in computer science, software engineering, information systems, data science, or a related field.
  • Interested in AI, automation, software development, and building workflow solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate manual processes into structured automation workflows.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product Marketing, IT, and other business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, data handling, or scripting/programming concepts is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Preferred: Coursework or project experience in software development, automation, AI, workflow design, or business applications.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, Python, SQL, or related technologies is preferred.
  • Interest in product marketing operations, business process improvement, and office technology solutions is a plus.
