Job Description
Responsibilities
- supporting the planning, development, and execution of communications that support IT initiatives, programs, and transformations across Berkshire Hathaway Energy
- partnering closely with IT project teams, change practitioners, and business stakeholders to ensure clear, timely, and audience‑appropriate communications that enable awareness, understanding, and adoption of IT changes
- translating complex technical and organizational change information into clear, actionable communications for impacted employees and leaders
- ensuring alignment with enterprise change and communications standards
Requirements
- pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, English, business, information systems, or a related field
