Drive interactive graphic design from concept to delivery for client websites and campaigns, owning design work end-to-end.

Own design concepts through final deliverables for multiple client projects.
Must-have: 5+ years of graphic design with web design experience; Wordpress knowledge.
Standout: Agency background with full-service marketing focus.

Taking ideas from concept through execution, working collaboratively with the team but owning the design work and deliverables
Assisting with maintenance, modernization, and optimization of client websites
Ensuring brand/style/content consistency across multiple platforms for each client
Providing internal support on initial project strategies, proposal development, traffic coordination
Keeping up-to-date with the latest web design and technology trends
Managing multiple tasks and project deadlines at a time

Minimum 5+ years’ graphic design experience—agency experience preferred, web design experience a must (non-negotiable)
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier)
Knowledge of wireframing/prototyping tools; experience with Figma strongly preferred
Strong conceptual skills and a high sense of design, layout, and typography for print and digital solutions
Experience working with and designing for Wordpress and Gutenberg blocks
Solid knowledge of adaptive and responsive design
Understanding of key website conversion tactics, UX best practices, and SEO optimization principles, and experience with related tools
Knowledge of and passion for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Experience with QA processes and collaborating with developers to ensure design implementations meet quality standards
Ability to present designs internally and externally, accept feedback from colleagues and clients, and revise designs accordingly
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS best practices desired but not required
