Own the end-to-end lifecycle of integrated marketing proposals to win business, collaborating with Sales and Integrated Marketing to turn client needs and deal strategy into compelling narratives while driving revenue; also own festival/partnership recap reporting and help translate brainstorms into revenue-generating next steps.

Proposal Development: Lead high-impact, integrated proposals with cross-functional partners.
Production & Vetting: Guide coordinators in material creation and solution vetting to ensure on-time delivery.
Recaps & Revenue Enablement: Create detailed festival/partnership reports and turn insights into follow-up actions that generate revenue.

Job Description

Own the end-to-end creation of integrated marketing proposals that win business, partnering with Sales and Integrated Marketing to translate client needs into compelling narratives while driving revenue.

Proposal Development: Lead the creation and execution of high-impact, integrated marketing proposals in collaboration with Sales and IM teams.
Production Support: Assist coordinators and junior staff in material production and vet strategic marketing solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
Reporting & Recaps: Own festival and partnership recap development, delivering detailed attendance, demographics, and exposure reports for internal and partner use.
