Responsibilities - Coordinate the end-to-end marketing workflow, from creative build and review through production and launch, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and brand consistency are met. - Manage project intake, routing, and approvals across teams (Development, Capital Markets, People, and Operations) in collaboration with the Marketing Management team and Creative Services. - Maintain project schedules, creative briefs, and tracking tools to ensure alignment with business objectives and deadlines. - Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, pitch decks, proposal templates, newsletters, and event materials. - Liaise with print vendors, designers, photographers, and digital partners to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns. - Assist with planning, scheduling, and posting content across NexCore’s digital channels, including LinkedIn, the company website, and email campaigns. - Support website content updates, news stories, and project portfolio additions in collaboration with internal teams and web partners. - Track and report on engagement metrics, campaign performance, and digital reach to help inform future content and strategy. - Contribute ideas for creative and engaging social media and digital storytelling that reflect NexCore’s brand, values, and thought leadership. - Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
