Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of Caribico’s presence on Instagram
• Foster engagement and build a strong community
• Promote organizational initiatives on social platforms
• Create and curate content for Instagram
• Manage interactions with followers
• Analyze campaign performance and derive insights
• Collaborate with team members to support organizational goals
• Curate meaningful conversations with the community
• Represent Caribico’s mission and voice through storytelling and communications

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, including written and interpersonal, to engage with diverse audiences and represent the organization effectively
• Experience in community engagement or customer service, with the ability to foster relationships, address inquiries, and nurture online followers
• Familiarity with budgeting and planning to promote efficient use of resources and support operational goals
• Understanding of best practices in social media, content creation, and brand representation, particularly on Instagram
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects remotely
• A passion for the Caribbean and a commitment to cultural preservation and community building

Preferred

• Previous experience in property management or resident retention strategies is a plus
• Knowledge of Instagram analytics tools and other social media engagement software is an advantage
