Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner deeply with Geo Marketing Leaders: Provide regular performance reports/summaries, and pre-built narratives that equip Geo Marketing Leaders to confidently represent marketing's complete picture in all Sales Leadership meetings and reviews
  • Establish structured collaboration mechanisms: Build and maintain interlocks with Global Sales Operations, Area Sales Operations, and MSO teams—ensuring seamless information flow between central strategy and execution while joining existing processes rather than creating parallel structures.

  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution models, pipeline measurement methodologies, and sales funnel dynamics using business intelligence platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing analytics tools
  • Proven experience building and delivering executive-level reporting with commentary and strategic recommendation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior sales and marketing leadership

Preferred

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to sales audiences in business-relevant terms
  • Experience working across organizational boundaries, building collaborative mechanisms between central and regional teams in both marketing and sales organization
  • Experience in marketing strategy and operations roles within large, matrixed organizations
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attrition (MTA) models, marketing measurement frameworks and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and segmentation approaches
  • Previous experience in enablement or change management roles, particularly around new measurement frameworks or operating model transformations
