Job Summary

Own the full field outreach cycle: educate homeowners about the free inspection program, collect accurate information, and schedule qualified appointments while representing Empire Field Marketing to consistently hit weekly production targets.

  • Build relationships with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to qualify inspections
  • Schedule and coordinate visits, capture accurate homeowner information
  • Drive qualified appointments and meet weekly production targets

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods
  • Speak professionally with homeowners
  • Educate homeowners about our FREE inspection program
  • Schedule qualified inspection appointments
  • Collect accurate homeowner information
  • Represent Empire Field Marketing professionally
  • Meet weekly production goals

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation
  • Smartphone
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to walk neighborhoods for extended periods
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

  • Sales, canvassing, customer service, marketing, fundraising, solar, roofing, or home improvement experience is a plus—but not required.
