Responsibilities
- Answer and qualify customer inquiries concerning Motorola solutions, products, or services.
- Qualify all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitions.
- Tactfully interface with customers to build strong business relationships and educate them on processes, products, and market knowledge.
- Act as single point of contact and own the customer issue from start to finish while coordinating across multiple systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of customer service, sales or retail experience.
- Under 10% Travel.
