Responsibilities

• Leverage marketplace understanding and client objectives to develop best-in-class marketing ideas for client requests
• Lead deck building with design teams to translate ideas into visual responses and presentations
• Collaborate with sales, research, and leadership to translate business goals into creative solutions
• Provide ongoing support to sales through proposals, presentations, and custom materials
• Act as project lead from conception through deployment by managing resources, logistics and approvals
• Track major project milestones across internal and external teams
• Ensure teams understand the project vision
• Build creative excellence in current and emerging advertising media and sponsorship disciplines
• Champion Playfly Sports brand consistency across presentations and materials
• Contribute to team growth and workflow refinement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years in broadcast/cable network, integrated marketing, sports league/team, or agency environment
• Cross functional and versed in all media/sponsorship platforms and emerging trends
• Excellent presentation, communication, writing, and organization skills
• Ability to adapt and multitask while managing timelines in a fast-growth environment
• Ability to build positive relationships with business leaders and peers across the organization
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to learn and utilize research-based systems to create compelling presentations
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Occasional travel may be required
