Job Summary

Own HubSpot strategy, implementation, and optimization to translate client goals into scalable CRM solutions, deliver lifecycle and attribution improvements, and act as the trusted advisor through onboarding and ongoing engagements.

HubSpot Strategy & Client Consulting: define scalable CRM architecture and optimize lead lifecycle across onboarding, retention, and reporting.
Implementation & Technical Development: configure portals, automation, integrations, and data hygiene to support ongoing CRM optimization.
Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution: build and refine email campaigns, lead scoring, and lifecycle automation to improve engagement and ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

HubSpot Strategy & Client Consulting: Lead client discovery sessions to understand business goals, operational challenges, sales processes, marketing strategies, and reporting requirements.
HubSpot Strategy & Client Consulting: Consult with clients on HubSpot best practices, platform capabilities, process optimization, and scalable CRM architecture.
HubSpot Strategy & Client Consulting: Translate business requirements into technical HubSpot solutions and implementation plans.
HubSpot Strategy & Client Consulting: Provide strategic recommendations to improve lead generation, lifecycle management, customer retention, attribution, and operational efficiency.
HubSpot Strategy & Client Consulting: Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor throughout onboarding and ongoing engagements.
HubSpot Implementation & Technical Development: Configure and implement HubSpot portals, including CRM customization, pipeline architecture, lifecycle stages, custom properties, automation workflows, permissions, and object relationships.
HubSpot Implementation & Technical Development: Design and build advanced marketing automation programs, including email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, segmentation strategies, and behavioral automation.
HubSpot Implementation & Technical Development: Develop and manage persona segmentation, smart lists, dynamic content, and contact database organization.
HubSpot Implementation & Technical Development: Support and maintain integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems, including CRMs, sales tools, customer success platforms, and external applications.
HubSpot Implementation & Technical Development: Collaborate on API-based integrations, custom solutions, and technical troubleshooting when needed.

Requirements

Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.
Proven experience implementing and optimizing HubSpot.
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, marketing automation strategy, lead management, and revenue operations.
Experience with integrations, APIs, data mapping, and system interoperability.
Advanced knowledge of email marketing, segmentation strategies, workflow automation, and reporting.
Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client presentation skills.
Experience managing multiple client projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
HubSpot certifications strongly preferred.
