  • HubSpot ownership: implement CRM across Sales, Marketing, and Service with tailored data models and end to end workflows.
  • Multi account ownership: manage several clients with clear prioritization, proactive risk signaling, and strong QA.
  • AI grounded workflows: use AI daily for documentation, data analysis, and client deliverables, and improve internal AI processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of active client accounts.
  • Lead calls, gather requirements, and translate business objectives into implementation plans.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, including setting expectations, surfacing risks, and delivering results without needing to be meticulously managed.
  • Balance multiple accounts simultaneously with clear prioritization and follow-through.
  • Be comfortable configuring tailored data models and business processes inside of HubSpot.
  • Translate client business problems into HubSpot solutions and provide recommendations clearly and confidently.
  • Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and automation across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
  • Set up dashboards and reports that give clients meaningful visibility into their business.
  • Conduct portal audits and QA your own work before it reaches the client.
  • Use AI tooling as a core part of your daily workflow — for documentation, audits, data analysis, and client deliverables.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including CRM implementation and multi-hub configuration.
  • Agency or consultancy experience is a major plus. Ideally, you've managed client relationships, juggled competing priorities, and delivered before deadlines in fast-pace environments.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable implementation plans.
  • Solid working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Sales, Marketing, and/or Service Hub at the Professional or Enterprise level.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns and connected systems (e.g., Zapier, Make, native integrations).
  • Proficient understanding of data governance – clean properties and rich descriptions, consistent naming conventions, and congruent builds.
  • Comfortable using AI tools as daily operational tools for research, implementation, documentation, and problem-solving.
  • Willing to learn and adopt new AI-powered workflows as our tooling evolves.
  • You don't need to be an AI engineer, but you need to be someone who leans into these tools rather than resisting them, and isn't afraid to learn a new way to work.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can simplify technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, bonus potential, profit sharing, and up to 90% company-covered health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 15 days of PTO + 9 paid holidays annually.
  • Fully remote and flexible work environment — built on trust, transparency, and mutual accountability.
