Job Summary

Own and coordinate daily marketing operations across social, email, and website updates, while supporting events, analytics, and budgeting efforts for multiple channels.

  • Operations and channels: run social posts, email campaigns, website updates, and event support with agency coordination.
  • Budgets and reporting: track invoices, media budgets, PPC performance, and revenue-related reports.
  • Analytics and optimization: assist with analytics maintenance, SEO benchmarking, and online research to inform tactics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Coordinator is the operational engine of the marketing department, contributing to daily social media across multiple accounts, email marketing and website updates, supporting PR, and being on the ground during events.
  • Manage 800 number database
  • Assist with Omniture analytics maintenance and report writing
  • Assist with advertising initiatives, both online and offline
  • Coordinate phone statistics
  • Assist with search engine optimization and coordinate search engine position benchmarking
  • Assist with website copy changes (independent sites and franchise sites)
  • Prepare revenue production and PPC reports
  • Process all invoices; reconcile media budgets
  • Assist with Internet research as needed

Requirements

  • High School diploma and at least one year of experience as a coordinator.
  • Resourceful; able to think outside the box
  • Confident
  • Excellent telephone, good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • High energy, motivated and dependable
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Average to above-average knowledge of all Microsoft software programs, particularly Excel
  • Quick learner with good initiative and follow-through skills
  • Able to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Good computer skills
  • Good eye for online design
