Job Summary

Own the core revenue and demand engine across direct bookings, OTA visibility, and partner sales with a sharp ROI lens.

  • Direct revenue: Drive bookings and occupancy through targeted marketing and conversion optimization.
  • Channel mix: Optimize website, SEO/SEM, email, social, OTA listings, and corporate partnerships for growth.
  • Lead-to-close: Track inquiries and conversions, align with reservations and sales to maximize close rate and revenue impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on increasing direct bookings and overall revenue
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and group sales
  • Manage and optimize digital channels (website, SEO/SEM, email, social media) with a focus on conversion
  • Oversee OTA platforms (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) to maximize visibility and bookings
  • Create and promote special offers, packages, and promotions that drive occupancy
  • Track leads, conversion rates, and campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve results
  • Work closely with front desk and reservations teams to ensure strong follow-through on inquiries
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, travel planners, and local businesses
  • Manage marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI and revenue impact

Requirements

  • Proven experience in both marketing and sales, preferably in hospitality or a related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into paying customers
  • Strong sales instincts, with confidence in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Ability to turn marketing efforts into measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working with data, tracking performance, and optimizing for better results
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly accountable
