Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute hotel-owned digital storytelling and property page optimization initiatives that improve conversion and maximize available content across channels
  • Partner with Product and Website teams to implement approved property page enhancements, including imagery swaps, content hierarchy improvements, and storytelling enhancements within existing templates
  • Manage execution of scalable optimization programs designed to improve conversion and reduce friction for hotels
  • Develop and maintain practical education and enablement materials that help hotels improve the effectiveness of their Hilton.com property pages
  • Ensure website governance standards and page optimization guardrails are maintained while providing guidance and recommendations back to properties
  • Support prioritization and rollout planning for new property page enhancements and optimization initiatives
  • Translate hotel feedback and business needs into actionable recommendations that inform future website enhancements and roadmap considerations
  • Partner closely with Product, Website, and Digital teams to support implementation of property page enhancements and optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate with Hotel Level Marketing stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve hotel page performance and scalability
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand and Enterprise Marketing teams to align property page experiences with Hilton standards and business priorities
  • Engage with agency and external partners as needed to support execution of optimization programs and approved content initiatives
  • Lead scalable hotel property page optimization programs and enhancement initiatives
  • Develop and own education and enablement resources that help hotels improve their Hilton.com property pages
  • Oversee governance and implementation support related to property page updates and optimization standards
  • Coordinate prioritization and rollout of page enhancements and new property page capabilities
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to translate hotel feedback into practical website improvements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website optimization, content strategy, or hotel-level marketing
  • Demonstrated experience improving website or landing page performance through content and page optimization strategies
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional initiatives involving digital platforms, website operations, or product implementations
  • Experience working with agency and external partners to support execution of digital optimization programs
  • Background in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brand marketing preferred
  • Experience working with digital content management systems or website optimization programs preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel-level marketing operations and scalable enablement models preferred
  • Travel of up to 20% may be required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
