Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to build relationships within the community and healthcare networks.
- Conduct informational sessions to educate clients, families, and referral sources about our services.
- Manage account relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate care plans and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement process.
- Analyze market trends and community needs to identify opportunities for service growth and improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, meetings, and client interactions using organizational tools such as Microsoft Office applications.

- Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
- Experience: Home Care Marketing: 1 year (Required)
