Job Summary

Drive experiential marketing for alcohol brands by educating on-premise staff, managing activations, and reporting market feedback.

  • Must-have: Bachelors Degree plus 1 year in alcohol/hospitality marketing or sales.
  • Strong local market knowledge and account relationships enable effective execution and advocacy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Bar Staff Education & Training: teach bartenders and servers exactly what makes High Noon and Lucky One different; confidence building; drink placement on menus; relationship building with assigned accounts
  • Branding & Visibility (Merchandising): install branded POS items; prime placement; keep merchandising materials clean and in busy areas
  • Consumer Engagement (Sampling & Events): manage promotional activity and consumer sampling activations; brand storytelling; recruitment; promotional giveaways where legal
  • Market Intelligence & Field Reporting: document real-time market conditions; execution quality audits; competitive activity tracking; trend observation; strategic feedback loop; compliance & professionalism

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 1 year experience in a marketing or sales role relevant to Alcohol Beverage, Hospitality, Culinary, or Agency
  • Strong understanding of the local market, key accounts, and consumer dynamics
  • Demonstrated passion and curiosity for arts, building brands, and innovative consumer experiences
  • Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and a reliable vehicle. Must pass an MVR check and obtain any required state driver’s license within 30 days of hire
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain any required local or state liquor license
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for training, meetings, or events, in addition to mandatory local market travel requirements 100% of the time
