Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategizing: Quickly grasping client objectives and contributing to strategic messaging
  • Crafting: Developing the "big idea" and ensuring the creative hook aligns with healthcare and hospital industry nuances
  • Writing: Executing flawless copy across digital (web, email, social), advertising (videos, print, digital), and long-form (brochures, annual reports, whitepapers, scripts)
  • Delivering: Providing polished, client-ready drafts that adhere to specific brand voices and strict MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) guidelines

Requirements

  • Sector Experience: Proven track record writing for B2C and B2B healthcare brands (Hospitals and Healthcare Systems, Specialty Care and Service Lines, HealthTech, Pharma, or MedTech)
  • Strategic Breadth: Ability to pivot from high-level brand strategy to tactical, technical writing for HCP (Healthcare Provider) audiences and across various service lines and specialty care areas
  • Agency Fluency: You understand the pace of agency life and can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding
  • Regulatory Savvy: Familiarity with the constraints of healthcare marketing and the ability to write creatively within those boundaries
  • Reliability: You meet deadlines every time and are responsive during active project windows.
