Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Director, Marketing Communications, to develop, create, and implement high-level Marcom initiatives, strategies, and innovative solutions.
  • Closely collaborate with Marcom department leads: Director, Conferences & Events; Senior Manager, Video Studio; and Senior Manager, Marketing, to create alignment across departments on strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Periodically connect and partner with the Senior VP, Strategic Communications,\t- the head of External Communications, and the head of Strategic Industry Communications on high-level initiatives.
  • Lead creative direction for the Design Studio, ensuring clarity, consistency, and excellence in visual storytelling across all deliverables.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Design Studio team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing culture that supports growth and advancement.
  • Translate organizational strategy, brand vision, and audience needs into clear creative frameworks and actionable design briefs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in design, creative, or brand environments
  • 4+ years of people management experience with a strong track record of leading and developing teams
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Proven ability to inspire and manage design teams while balancing strategic, creative, and operational responsibilities.
  • Strong command of visual design principles and brand systems, with the ability to provide senior-level creative and art-direction feedback.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners in communications, marketing, events, or advocacy-driven environments.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate as a trusted advisor.
