Job Summary

Own the skincare and electromechanical device pipeline and global franchise strategy, driving cross-functional alignment with R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, and marketing to deliver a regular cadence of Hero launches and portfolio optimization.

  • Lead end-to-end commercialization planning and governance to translate market insights into product profiles, claims, and go-to-market tactics.
  • Identify growth through new launches and portfolio optimization while balancing internal synergies with external market and regulatory considerations.
  • Drive expansion into new markets with a structured plan and collaboration with senior leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the single, accountable commercial owner of the skincare and electromechanical device pipeline and global franchise strategy
  • Leverages combination of market research, competitive intelligence, and KOL insights to inform and evolve the global skincare strategy
  • Identifies opportunities for growth via new product introduction and portfolio optimization – creating a unified internal and external innovation strategy that delivers a consistent cadence of Hero and portfolio SKU launches for our skincare business
  • Develops a robust expansion strategy, which prioritizes new market opportunities based on internal synergies, as well as external market and regulatory considerations
  • Supports their team to provide all necessary commercial inputs and considerations for new product introductions, ranging for target product profile attributes to packaging, commercial claims and tactics
  • Develops close working relationship with R&D, regulatory/legal, medical affairs, market research, operations, and key opinion leaders; bringing together the best of the business to drive results in a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • Supports handover to downstream marketing, through development of “early brand plans” and early commercialization strategies, which include positioning, key claim, and branding
  • Act as the skincare commercial pipeline lead in strategic business planning workstreams, governance boards, and business unit meetings, motivating colleagues across functions and levels (including senior leadership) around a shared strategy and vision for the skincare business
  • Leads the Skincare and Electromechanical Device Pipeline Commercialization & Strategy Team and provides growth and development opportunities to employees

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience including in the beauty industry or skincare space in a pipeline or marketing function.
  • Experience in beauty and skincare consumer skincare field required.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays
