Job Summary
In this role, you design and execute SEO strategies across RTG brands and lead reputation management to build durable search authority. You should have 5+ years in SEO/ORM with a strong technical SEO background and analytical mindset. Preferred candidates bring multi-brand experience and familiarity with AI, technology, or software industries.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute SEO strategy across RTG brands
- Lead online reputation management and suppression campaigns
- Build search dominance for priority keywords and entities
- Manage on-site, technical, and off-site SEO
- Develop high-authority content and backlink strategies
- Monitor search results and identify emerging reputation risks
- Partner with PR to turn media coverage into durable search authority
- Produce clear reporting on rankings, authority growth, and search visibility
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in SEO, ORM, or search reputation management
- Demonstrated track record improving search rankings and search visibility
- Deep understanding of technical SEO and search algorithms
- Experience running suppression or reputation defense campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to operate independently and build systems
Preferred
- Experience managing SEO for multi-brand organizations
- Experience supporting founder reputation or executive visibility
- Familiarity with AI, technology, or software industries
