Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the overall growth strategy and annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives and user/revenue targets
  • Translate brand strategy into high-performing digital commerce experiences across all customer touchpoints
  • Develop and maintain marketing budget, allocating resources across channels to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency
  • Partner with executive team on business forecasting, growth modeling, and strategic planning
  • Directly execute and optimize paid and organic social acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Manage day-to-day campaign optimization including bidding strategies, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation
  • Build and scale multi-channel acquisition strategies to drive new customer growth and hit CAC targets
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks for ad creative, landing pages, and conversion optimization

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience executing paid media campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Experience with marketing technology stack: CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo), attribution tools (e.g. Triple Whale), experimentation platforms (e.g. Optimizely)
  • Understanding of tracking infrastructure, pixel implementation, conversion APIs, and iOS privacy changes
  • Knowledge of email/SMS platforms, marketing automation, and customer data platforms
  • Familiarity with creative tools (Canva, Figma) and content planning platforms (Later, Dash Hudson)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling, cohort analysis, and data manipulation
  • Strong quantitative skills with ability to analyze complex datasets

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • Experience at high-growth DTC brands or prosumer businesses
  • Track record of successfully launching new products or brands
  • Proven ability to scale marketing efficiently while maintaining or improving unit economics
  • Previous experience in startup environments (Series Seed-B stage)
